Rumors and speculations with the Ipad 2 are finally over! Apple announced the new Ipad last Wednesday, March 2 in San Francisco.
The new Ipad has 1Ghz dual core processor and is thinner and lighter than the previous ipad. Other new features are gyroscope, 9.7 inch 1024×768 display, 720p video capture rear camera and VGA front-facing camera. Facetime is now possible on this device guys! So with these latest upgrade and added feature, how long will the battery last? Apple still promised up to 10 hours of surfing, music playing and videos same as the original Ipad.
The Ipad 2 is scheduled to ship on March 11th in the US, not yet confirmed when this goody will land here in the Philippines though. Expect the same price as the first one, from $499 for the 16 gig wifi to $829 for the 64gig WIFI+3G. Do we anticipate getting it for the same price here? Well, for the first few weeks it’s probably more costly compared to the US price. You know what I mean if you were one of the first Pinoys who bought the Iphone 4.
