Why does my computer keep restarting? I kept asking myself that question 2 months ago. It was a very frustrating experience to see the artworks that I was working on for hours disappear in thin air because my computer restarted itself. It was such a waste of time and effort. It’s extremely irritating – this is maybe what you’re feeling right now.

In my case, my screen / monitor would just turn into blue and restart itself. It happened almost everyday. At first I thought it was a Vista bug so I searched the net for some quick fix, tried to do them all but it still won’t solve the problem, my computer had a mind of its own. It just kept on restarting itself

So what I did is I saved all my important files and re-installed my Vista OS. It solved my problem, I never had the same issue again. If it worked for me, it might work for you too. It will cost you an hour or two but it’s better than having to wait for your computer to load everytime it restarts. Not to mention the added frustration of your files not getting saved.
