Stop smoking weed : Why and how

Are you trying to stop smoking weed? It’s not going to be easy but you really need to stop smoking weed. Why? because it has some negative health effects you don’t really want to be suffering from, especially if you’re a student.
The short term effects of weeds are problems with memory and learning, trouble with thinking and problem solving, distorded perception (time, sounds, sights, touch), loss of motor coordination, increased heart rate and anxiety. A weed user also may experience dry throat and mouth. These ugly side effects are even greater when you try to mix it with other drugs, which i hope is not something that you’re doing right now.
Did you know that marijuana smoke contains about 50 % more carcinogenic hydrocarbons that cigarette smoke? That means that you have a higher chance of getting free lung cancer. It also places extra stress on your heart. So if you have high blod pressure or hardening of arteries, you better think twice if you’re going to smoke weed again.  Excessive marijuana use is associated with increased risk of suffering a heart attack.
Another thing you should know is that smoking weed supresses the production of male sex hormone, shrinks the testes and the thing that no man wants to happen – it inhibits the production of sperm. There are also studies that suggests that dope inhibits ovulation in females.
How to stop smoking weed?
1. Set a quit date, prepare yourself  mentally and physically to stop smoking weed. Once you have an actual and concrete quit date, stick to it as hard as you can.
2. Get rid of all your gadgets .Give them away, or better destroy them. This is very important to break your addiction.
3. Find other things to entertain yourself. Keep yourself occupied. Watch your 24 or prison break or whatever that is addictive.
4. Slow it down. It is more recommended to slowly ration yourself  and cut down eventually until you completely stop. Yes, just like cigarettes.
5. Sorround yourself with non marijuana users. It is very hard to quit if you see your friends smoking weed all the time you know?
