Itchy vagina: How to stop Itchy vagina

Itchy vagina is something that you don’t want to have. Imagine having to scratch your dry itchy vagina while you’re having coffee with your friends at starbucks or while you’re presenting a report to your boss and co-workers in a meeting? Why is my vagina itchy?

There are people who experience itchy vagina at the time of their menopause. This is caused by the drop in estrogen levels that sometimes result in the thinning of the vaginal wall, which means less lubrication, and the end result? Dry and itchy vagina.
My vagina is itchy, what should I do?
- Make sure that the genitals are clean and dry
- Wear cotton panties at all times
- Try not to scratch your vagina because it might worsen the problem.
- Try applying free aloe vera to the affected area
- Try  slippery  elm bark, mix the powder with water and apply it to the itchy area
