If you’re into retro fashion, you might want to add vintage handbags on your “to buy list” (that’s if you don’t have it yet), or giving it your mom or to your “girl friends” as a present isn’t a bad idea. Who knows, they might give you something in return. As they say, the more you give the more you receive.hehe.
Usually the price of a vintage handbag is cheaper than a leather handbag depending on the material used. You can buy vintage designer handbags for less than a hundred dollar. For the sake of the ladies who don’t have an idea of how a vintage handbag looks like, I’ll be posting some pictures for you. I’ll also include the price so you’ll have an idea on how much they cost just in case you decide to buy one in the future.
This bag is a Purse Vintage 1970′s Stone Mountain Taupe Leather Drawstring Shoulder Bag Purse, it’s for $65

This next vintage handbag is a Vintage 1970s Ganson Navy-Blue Leather Cross Body Shoulder Bag w/ Chain Shoulder Strap, it’s for $49

The next is a bit expensive than the others, it’s for $115 – Vintage 1950′s MM Morris Moskowitz Classic Black Velvet Striped Handbag Purse

Here’s another one, a Vintage 1960′s Tan Textured Vinyl Color Block Kelly Handbag Purse for $45.

Last but not the least is the Vintage 1980′s Magid Red Leather Shoulder Bag Purse for only 48 dollars.

If you decide to buy one, you can visit local shops or you can shop online, Vintage handbags should not be hard to find. Happy shopping
